Manny Conti
CEO, Kroll

Emanuele "Manny" A. Conti is Chief Executive Officer of Kroll and a member of Kroll’s Board of Directors. Kroll is a leading global provider of investigations, compliance and risk management services, cyber security solutions, ediscovery services, and data and information services.

Mr. Conti brings more than 20 years of significant leadership experience at companies across a diverse range of industries around the world. He joins Kroll after serving more than a decade in senior positions with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), most recently as President, North America, a business with over $1billion in annual revenue. In his tenure with the firm, Mr. Conti held full P&L responsibility for each of D&B’s major business units—including roles as Vice President-Small Business Solutions, President-Europe, and President-International. During his tenure, Mr. Conti improved operational performance, accelerated growth, and expanded margins in various markets worldwide.

Prior to D&B, Mr. Conti led the Corporate Strategy team for Qwest Communications. He also held leadership positions at Viant, an e-commerce consulting firm, and Ernst & Young LLP, where he was a founding member of the firm’s strategy practice. Earlier in his career, he held various positions with General Motors.

Mr. Conti earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Bowling Green State University and an MBA at the University of Chicago.

Gregory A. Olson
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Data Recovery and Software

Senior Vice President Greg Olson provides executive and strategic leadership for the global Data Recovery and Software business line. In his current role, Olson leads the strategic and tactical evolution of the world-class data recovery services and enterprise software solutions.

Olson joined the company in 1990 and has served in various executive leadership roles across operations, product line management and software development organizations. Olson is a globally recognized expert in the area of data recovery and an experienced executive with extensive operational, financial and technical knowledge with specialized expertise in the areas of data recovery, computer forensics, electronic discovery and software development processes.

Olson graduated cum laude from St. Cloud State University in Minn. with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Dave Alampi
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Product Management

Dave Alampi holds strategic and operational leadership for the marketing and product launch organizations within Kroll Ontrack. Leveraging nearly 20 years of marketing and product management experience in software and cloud solutions, Alampi drives Kroll Ontrack product and service marketing strategy globally.

Prior to joining the team, Alampi served as vice president of global marketing strategies and services for Infor Global Solutions, a leading provider of enterprise applications and services. Previously, he served as vice president of product marketing and management for Digital River, a global leader in on-demand e-commerce services. In his extensive career, Alampi's experience also includes various executive and management positions with companies such as Nistevo, Sterling Software, Information Advantage, The Pillsbury Company and Accenture.

Alampi holds a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Jay Dorenkamp
Senior Vice President, Product Development and Delivery

Jay Dorenkamp is charged with innovating and forwarding Kroll Ontrack Legal Technologies solutions to meet the legal industry's unique market needs. With more than 20 years of high-tech software experience and leadership, his focus is on developing strategic solutions to grow the company's technology portfolio and promote its technology expertise.

Before joining Kroll Ontrack, Dorenkamp served as chief technology officer for Quantum Retail Technology, where he led the product development, quality assurance, technical services, IT operations and customer support teams. Prior to Quantum, he was vice-president, technology and support with Thomson Reuters' Paisley business unit - a software provider in the governance, risk and compliance space. Dorenkamp additionally held the position of vice president of technology development for Lawson Software, where he was responsible for the company's core technology platform and its evolution to J2EE-based standards. Prior to joining Lawson, he spent almost 14 years at IBM in various management and technical positions with responsibilities for software systems development and support on IBM's eServer systems.

Dorenkamp received his Master of Science, management of technology, from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Mass. He holds his Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa.
